Coalition of Monitoring and Protection of Human Rights under State of Emergency

Coalition of Monitoring and Protection of Human Rights under State of Emergency was formed by civil cociety organizations in expression of their concern over mass arrest and detention of citizens on th ground of participating in the event on July 1st, 2008. The coalition has carried out the monitoring and documentation of human rights violations during the processes of arrest and detention of these people during and aftermath of the state of emergency.  The report of the documetnation is being brought to your knowledge with support from the Open Society Forum which we hope will assist any government or non-governmental organizations, academics and researchers to obtain more fact-based information on the subject and citizens to have documented facts about human rights situation.
