Open Society Forum is looking for a consultant for the project " Access to Justice".The consultant serves as the key aide in operation of the project and will provide assistance in both content and management of the project.
The project consultant will work on part-time basis, under direct supervision of the Open Society Forum manager and Head of the Legal Policy Department, Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs.
Specific tasks:
1. To serve as key aide and a liaison in developing National Legal Aid Program and implementing the project "Access to justice" in consultation with the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs and Open Society Forum.
2. To oversee day-to-day management of the 2 pilot Legal Aid Centers in Songinokhairkhan district and Khentii aimag.
3. To administer the paralegal project in close cooperation with Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs including a management and implementation of the project activity plan.
REQUIREMENTS
- Law degree, graduate is plus
- Practical knowledge of legal advocacy, counseling
- Good communication, organizational skills
- Good command of written and oral English
- Commitment and time availability
