ECONOMIC POLICY PROGRAM MANAGER
The Program Manager serves as the key person for developing and implementing Economic Governance Program of OSF. S/he is responsible for conducting research and analysis on economic policy, especially focusing on fiscal policy, budget transparency and accountability. The program manager will work closely with other OSF program managers and report to Executive Director.
General Qualifications for the position:
• Master degree in one of the following areas: Economics, Business administration, Public administration
• Firm knowledge and expertise in economic development and policy
• Good analytical skills
• Minimum 3 years experience with the above responsibilities
• Self-motivation with an ability to set, take responsibility for, and meet goals
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential issues
• Strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills
• Good computer skills
