ASSISTANT TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Main duty and responsibilities
Assistant to Executive Director will work under the supervision of and serve as a key aide to the Executive Director. Please pick up a detailed job description at the OSF reception desk.
Qualifications required
- Excellent organizational, administrative and customer service skills
- Proficiency in both oral and written English
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team – oriented environment
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively
- Flexibility/ wiliness to perform a variety of tasks and expand the scope of work and responsibilities as needed
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of the technology packages ( MS word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and web browsing and searching for information)
- University degree with 2 years of relevant work experience
