OPEN SOCIETY FORUM ASSISTANT


The assistant serves as the key aide in ensuring smooth operation of OSF. The assistant will provide assistance in administrative, financial matters and programmatic aspects of the program.

 General Qualifications for the position:

  1. Good communication, organizational skills
  2. Native Mongolian with excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal
  3. Ability to work under pressure
  4. Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  5. University degree
  6. Citizen of Mongolia

INFORMATION RESOURCES ASSISTANT

 

The Open Society Forum (OSF) is now accepting applications for the full-time position of Information Resources Assistant for the “Development Information Resource Center”. OSF is committed to an open, non-discriminatory, equal opportunity hiring policy. 

The Information Resources Assistant serves as the key aid in ensuring day-to-day smooth operations of the Resource center; and contributes to the broad information dissemination through the Resource Center. Assistant will be in-charge of guiding visitors to find relevant information and user access to the online databases.
General Qualifications for the position:

  1. University degree in Information Related field but not limited;

  2. Native Mongolian with good command of English, both written and verbal;

  3. Working experience in related field helpful but not required;

  4. Strong communication and organizational skills, good telephone communication manners;

  5. Experience using MS office programs, including e-mail, Internet and Spreadsheet ;

  6. Ability to work under pressure and;

  7. Citizen of Mongolia.
