EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
The Open Society Forum (OSF) is now accepting applications for the full-time position of Information Resources Assistant for the Development Information and Resource Center. The Assistant will work at least six months for the position and it might be extended. OSF is committed to an open, non-discriminatory, equal opportunity hiring policy.
The Information Resources Assistant serves as the key aid in ensuring day-to-day smooth operations of the Resource Center; and contributes to the broad information dissemination through the Resource Center and www.forum.mn web site. Assistant will be in-charge of guiding visitors to find relevant information and user access to the online databases.
General Qualifications for the position:
- University degree in Information Technology related field but not limited;
- Native Mongolian with good command of English, both written and verbal;
- Working experience in information databases and library related field helpful but not required;
- Strong communication and organizational skills, good telephone communication manners;
- Experience using MS office programs, including e-mail, Internet and Spreadsheet ;
- Ability to work under pressure and;
- Citizen of Mongolia.
